Responsible for:

  • Analyse the operations of a business with the purpose of documenting general systems operations and proposed design definitions and solutions to achieve business values and goals;
  • Develop deliverables that fit within the project aims;
  • Receive guidance on and internalise requirements life cycle management and solution approach;

Main Activities:

  • Collaborative Engagement:
    Effectively communicate and collaborate with multi-stakeholders;
    Ensure adherence to project deadlines and schedules;
    Discover and applies industry standards and consistently applies them;
    Deliver on tasks that support internal and external meeting objectives and agendas;
    Able to give guidance to team members to successfully achieve delivery goals;
  • Analysis and Solution Definition:
    Understand an organisation through their business processes and requirements;
    Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes, and models;
  • Technical Supportability:
    Effectively research and practically document solutions to problems within given timeframes;
    Identify, document, resolve and recommend approaches to system deficiencies;
    Understand technical design specifications and the role of quality assurance;


  • At least 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, with exposure to a variety of projects, industries, and technologies;
  • Elicit, document and present business processes and requirements specifications, while learning to integrate test scenarios and project documentation;
  • Receive allotted tasks and performs requirements planning and management, analysis, modeling, solution assessment, and review, with collaborative team members to understand their problems and needs;
  • Grow in the ability to negotiate with collaborative team members. The expectation is that add-on value opportunities and waste minimisation will be recognised and explored with collaborative team members;
  • Develop sound management and leadership skills supported by maintaining a track record in delivering key results;
  • Acquire experience in analytical, research and problem-solving skills, and the ability to convey to others in their development to acquire consulting and business analyst skills;
  • Learn to review and test in enough detail to be able to recommend rejection or acceptance and sign-off in deliverables;
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups and brainstorming sessions with collaborative team members is imperative in driving towards the best outcome for the project.
