Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Admin to take responsibilities of users support and to work with ICT Team in relation to email and server systems management as well as maintaining all software, hardware facilities to make sure that technical support is properly provided to all staff. You will:

  1. User support:
  • Be responsible for supporting DEK users including hardware and software-related issues to make sure users can work effectively on their daily jobs
  • Be responsible for user account management for DEK staff to work in accordance with their relevant projects
  • Work closely with other ICT Teams on supporting IT-related requirements
  • Provide technical support, training, assistance, and guidance to members in Vietnam
  1. System role:
  • Be responsible for managing IT-related hardware and software licenses
  • Be responsible for managing Opensource servers (KVM, DNS, Radius,…)
  • Be responsible for entrance/exit security systems including access door control and camera monitoring systems
  • Perform other assigned tasks when required by DEK-VN ICT Team

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience working within support and servers or similar role
  • Experience with enterprise support solutions
  • Users support planning, implementing and security
  • Linux Opensource solutions (DNS, Server Farm, Virtualization, …)
  • Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical approach to work
  • Having following IT-related certificates would be a plus
  • Microsoft: MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE
