 Job description

DEK Technologies Vietnam is strongly growing and Human Resources Team is looking for an active, professional and caring Administration Officer to support us maintain and develop an excellent work environment for our staffs.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Administration:
  • Taking care of staffs’ benefits: healthcare insurance, annual health check, etc.
  • In charge of purchasing and office inventory/equipment control
  • Taking care of transportation matters: work permit, visa, flight, accommodation
2. Event organization:
  • Organizing and supporting internal and external events: annual trip, Family Day, birthdays, barbeque, Tet Party, team buildings, celebrations, business trips, annual trip
3. Other tasks as when required.

Job requirements

A University Qualification in Human Resources or Administration field with:

  • At least 1 years experience as an Administration Officer or similar role;
  • Can-do attitude;
  • Good attention to details;
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks;
  • Strong organization skill is highly preferred;
  • Good at Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command in both Vietnamese and English;
